Building Maintenance Team Leader
Spiritual Gifts: Craftsman, Help
Oversee the building maintenance at Allon Chapel, including regular monthly check-ups of the building, conduct maintenance when required (subject to FOP approval/board), and ensure the building is up to code.

Equipment Set-up Team Leader

Grounds Team Leader
Spiritual Gifts: Helps, Craftsmanship, Administration
To maintain the grounds (i.e. outdoor aesthetics of Allon Chapel SDA Church). This includes cutting the grass as needed, maintaining the church landscaping, ensuring garbage is not all over the church grounds, managing snow during the winter to ensure safe passage for attendees, placing garbage in the proper containers.

Safety/Security Team Leader
Spiritual Gifts: Helps, Discernment, Wisdom
Direct parking lot at church functions, do walk through of building and parking lot during services, deal with certain emergencies (escort someone off premises), direct individuals during a fire, hurricane, etc. from the building, ensure parking is appropriate various services, To patrol the church grounds and church throughout service. To keep Allon Chapel’s members and guests safe.

Transportation Team Leader
Spiritual Gifts: Helps, Mercy, Patience
To transport those to and from Allon Chapel SDA Church who otherwise do not have transportation for church or Allon Chapel programs/functions. Also, provide transportation in times of emergency for those without transportation.

Equipment Team Member (Audio/Visual/Communication)
Spiritual Gifts: Communication, Organization, Administration
This team will make sure that Allon Chapel maintains the current audio visual equipment. Suggest upgrades when necessary. And keeps inventory of what we have and what is needed.

Audio/Visual Team Member - Tom Randa & Ken Cooper
Spiritual Gifts: Creative Communication, Helps
This team coordinates or is responsible himself for ensuring that power point, projector, and overflow is in working order. They will make sure that any visual aids that are used throughout the service are in working order.

Sound Team Member - Ken Cooper
Spiritual Gifts: Helps, Creative Communication, Administration
This team will make sure that the sound system is staffed during the Sabbath worship service and other services at Allon Chapel. They will make sure that the microphones are set up properly as well as ensure that all music media needed for the service are queued and played appropriately.

Graphic Design Team Member - Ornan C. Anthony
Spiritual Gifts: Creative Communication, Craftsmanship
This individual will help with church logos, advertisement of varying church programs, pastor’s business cards, and other design as necessary.

Newsletter Team Member
Spiritual Gifts: Creative Communication, Administration, Helps
This position exists to help formulate a periodic newsletter for Allon Chapel. They must assist in finding newsworthy events that are relevant for Allon Chapel and surrounding community and be able to relay that information well in a written format.

Website Team Member - Ornan C. Anthony
Spiritual Gifts: Creative Communication, Helps
To assist in the maintenance of the church website with updates, sermons, and music as well as check copyright issues.
