Pastor Kelby D. McCottry is the Sr. Pastor of the Allon Chapel Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is the youngest of two sons born to his father, the late Elder David L. McCottry, and his mother, Mrs. Karen McCottry.
A proud product of Christian education, Pastor McCottry attended elementary and high school at the Bermuda Institute, in Southampton, Bermuda, Oakwood University, in Huntsville, Alabama, the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministerial Theology, and later, a Master of Divinity degree. He aims to complete his studies on a doctoral degree in Leadership and Administration in the upcoming years.
Pastor Kelby D. McCottry has served as a pastor in the South Central Conference, the Bermuda Conference, where he also served as the Director of Stewardship, and in the Central States Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Elder McCottry through teaching and preaching, has led each of his congregations to not only experience numerical growth, but also experience a deeper love and appreciation for Christ.
Pastor Mac is married to the former LaShaune Ambrose, and God has blessed their union with three sons Kalen John McCottry (K.J.), Dylan Lemuel McCottry, and Jaden Alexander McCottry.
